Place a piece of paper against the wall & fix to the floor using tape.
​
Wearing socks, stand on the paper, heels against the wall & feet together.
​
Draw the outline of both feet & draw a straight line across the top of your feet.
​
Draw another line across your feet but 0.5cm away parallel from your first line.
​
Measure the distance in CM from the wall to the second line you have drawn.
​
Find your CM size on the size conversion chart and select your size metric.
